I have experienced great joy in my work as a therapist, and feel enormous privilege in being able to help people work through their struggles and suffering to find a more satisfying and meaningful way to lead their lives. I have had extensive clinical experience in K-12 schools and agency settings, working with individuals, couples, and families ranging in age from 5 to 85. I have treated clients with a range of symptoms and conditions, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma, as well as significant mental health diagnoses.
Prior to becoming a therapist, I pursued an MBA in Finance and Management which led to more than two decades of professional experience, first in commercial banking, and subsequently in providing strategic consulting within the public and non-profit sectors.
My work and life would not be complete without the tremendous support and influence of my own family, including my husband of more than 15 years and our two school-age children.
